Sound therapy in water A real sound massage thanks to the multiple frequencies produced by the instruments that spread harmoniously through the water. Breathing techniques Exercises to develop lung capacity and improve lung function which aids concentration, coordination and anxiety reduction. Mindfulness and Balance in the water Technique based on developing self-perception. Balance positions are performed to re-educate postural correction, coordination and motor skills.
