Pool therapies | Thermal yoga, Sonotherapy, Breathing and Mindfullness
In the Wellness Experience pool there will be demonstrations of aquatic therapies and relaxation techniques.
The treatments on offer are: thermal yoga, sonotherapy and breathing techniques and mindfullness (given by Cristina Pérez Rodríguez and Ángel Armando García).
This is a group hydrotherapy practice that consists of mobilising and maintaining postures, relaxing and stretching the muscles. It eliminates tensions, provides flexibility and achieves instant wellbeing.
Sound therapy in water
A real sound massage thanks to the multiple frequencies produced by the instruments that spread harmoniously through the water.
Exercises to develop lung capacity and improve lung function which aids concentration, coordination and anxiety reduction.
Mindfulness and Balance in the water
Technique based on developing self-perception. Balance positions are performed to re-educate postural correction, coordination and motor skills.
